Klaviyo has rolled out a major update to its AI suite, introducing predictive send-time optimization that analyzes each subscriber's individual engagement patterns rather than relying on global averages. For Shopify merchants, this means email campaigns are delivered precisely when each contact is most likely to open and click. Early beta testers reported open rate lifts of 18–23% compared to standard scheduled sends. The feature is available on all paid Klaviyo plans and integrates directly with Shopify's customer data. Alongside predictive sending, Klaviyo also launched an enhanced revenue attribution model that tracks SMS and email contributions across multi-touch journeys — addressing one of the biggest pain points merchants raised in 2025.
