Postscript Raises $65M Series C to Expand Shopify-Native SMS Platform
Postscript secures $65M to double down on Shopify-exclusive SMS marketing, including new AI personalization and conversational commerce features.
Postscript, the SMS marketing platform built exclusively for Shopify, has raised $65 million in a Series C funding round led by Salesforce Ventures. The company plans to use the capital to expand its AI personalization suite, build out conversational commerce features — allowing customers to complete purchases directly within SMS threads — and grow its engineering team. CEO Adam Turner noted that Postscript's Shopify-exclusive focus continues to drive higher deliverability and conversion rates versus generic SMS platforms. The company also announced that it surpassed 20,000 active Shopify merchants on the platform, up from 12,000 at the start of 2025. New features expected later this year include AI-written A/B tested SMS copy and deep integration with Shopify's new customer segments API.
